We are hiring motivated and responsible individuals for our call center team to handle cab dispatch and delivery dispatch operations.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
* Coordinate cab bookings and assign rides to drivers.
* Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and order updates.
* Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely service.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, deliveries, and dispatch activities.
Requirements:
* Good English communication skills.
* Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous call center or dispatch experience is a plus.
